I miss LA

and I hate the weather here in Portland. It snowed half of the day today, now its raining. The rain will probably freeze on the roads tonight and make for a hellish commute tomorrow. good thing i don't have to go anywhere. I miss in&out and tito's tacos. and the sun. I am going to buy my dad and I tickets for the lakers/blazers game near his b-day in April. I want to go all out in purple and yellow to rep that LA LOVE. I might get this hat

and i need a purple and yellow Street style shirt to compliment it. GO LAKERS.

I am already slacking on this blog. I feel as though i don't have a generic blog but more oF a daily journal and thats not what I want. I am not sure what I should focus this blog on but i was thinking of "why i hate oregon" it might start some discussions and cause some controversies. I'll put more thought into it later. Anyway, Lakers kicked ass yesterday, cleaned the house for the super bowl shindig on sunday. start work next monday. not too thrilled on all of that. finally received my rogue status decals and might put them on today. stay tuned for picks.

Lakers

are playing the spurs tomorrow. I love this match because I know how much better the lakers are and I hate the spurs. I hate the spurs as much as I hate the Trailblazers. and everyone nows how much i hate everything portland. Anyway, i have been working hard at getting my site www.macgames.us traffic. I am trying to get that bonus! haha. watching the winter X games right now, pretty intense.

Diamonds

are a guys best friend. Went to the mall today to waste some of my free time. Bought 2 diamond supply co shirts on sale for 12 bucks each at zumiez. I love sales. went to the puppy store looking for a shiba inu. no luck. damn they are cute.

Gone Rogue.

Not sore at all today, from snowboarding. pretty surprised actually. Not to much has been happening around here. Still looking for a shiba inu puppy. Still looking for a job. Went to Whole Foods today. Going there makes me happy. Found something there, i haven't seen, so i had to buy it. Rogue dead guy ale growlers FTW!

we finally, as a nation have a president worth having. Now Pres. Obama has to step it up and get our country on the path it should be. Also, i went snowboarding at skibowl in Mt Hood and it was amazing, second time night snowboarding, but it was awesome.

i see why

people go crazy in portland. there is nothing to do! well, nothing i want to do in this weather. it's really nice and sunny outside, but only like 38 degrees. i hate it. went to the golf course today to putt around and didn't stay long because it was so cold. to better news, fantasy factory is almost here. If you don't know what that is, it's rob dyrdek's new show on mtv. airing feb. 8th
tomorrow is a big day. be involved. go Obama! and go Dyrdek!

Tuesday=greatday

As you all know, Tuesday marks a momentous occasion. President Elect Barack Obama will be sworn in to be the next and possibly the greatest president of the United States. I am extremely excited and fortunate to live in these progressive times. Godspeed.

Nice day

outside, nice and sunny. Too bad it's still extremely cold out, like 40. I hate the cold a lot. My dad and I went to the Japanese cultural fair today, ate some good mochi, hung out for a bit, then left. We then took a nice drive to Tryon Creek and went for a little hike. Couldn't enjoy it too much though, really windy and cold. Took a few pictures. Heres one. 

voodoo donuts

is one thing i love about portland. finding a cali style place up here is a rarity and voodoo donuts emulates that classic donut shop, with a quirky portland twist.  This is a classic sugar donut called the "blunt" because of the shape and cherry red burning end. Crazy portland.

Tomorrow is Mochitsuki at PCC from 11-3. it is the Japanese new year festival held every year in Portland, I haven't ever been but I hope to make it an annual thing. I will post pics when i get home tomorrow or so.

Excited

for snowboarding next tuesday. Going up with a bunch of people and it should be good times. I haven't been all season and only went once, last. Ive got a sick new setup with the rossignol scope deck and forum bindings strapping in my dc boots. also just picked up a new jacket and these. later bitches.

Been

playing a lot with my iphone. this shit is the best thing in a while. but, freaking apple made it so that the iphone can only sync with one computer. naturally i chose to sync it to my macbook, syncing is seriously one of the best features on the iphone. but, this only gives you the ability to get all the info you have/need from only one source. i've got a ton of stuff on my pc that i don't have on my mac and it drives me crazy that i can't get everything I want on my iphone. just read that steve jobs is stepping down from his day to day duties running apple due to his health, and all the exposure and publicity it is bringing in. it's a sad day in the apple world.

as many of you know

i am a huge german car fanatic, especially the vw/audi scene. I just saw on vwvortex (a huge vw forum) that vw is now owned by Porsche, and they have made a concept of a rear wheel drive, midmounted engine roadster coupe the Bluesport Concept. I hope they put this into production, because i want it! Check out more here I love Volkswagens.

Getting older

and it is not fun. My birthday is coming up and I haven't done much with my life thus far.  This summer should bring great adventures considering i am going to France for some freelance work. and hopefully get hired on full time. School is another issue i have just been avoiding. i do not want to go back and in the back of my mind i know i need to. I think i just need to do something with my life fast.  maybe something like this.

The weekend

is finally here, and although I don't do too much during the week, I am glad it's here. I dropped my sis at the airport not too long ago and went to the mall after that to redeem some giftcards. This weekend should bring some joy to me, it's going to be sunny, good time for yard work, and going out with friends tomorrow night. Been working hard at getting my website more popular, Macgames.us trying to get that bonus! Need to get back to work.

A little late.

But one of my favorite shows is finally back with its new season. Nip/Tuck is one of the most entertaining shows with gorgeous girls, action, lying, deceit, hollywood glits and glam it has it all. Everything that is entertainment for me is right here. But I am a little late with my post considering it is on tuesdays at 10 on FX and it is now Thursday, but whatever. I kind of wish my somewhat boring life would be more like this show. Maybe someday it will be.

The start of it all.

In keeping up with the new age, and seeing as everyone and everything is now (and has been for a while) on the web. I have decided to start a blog, a real blog. I would like to think that I will take this one seriously, spend some time thinking of what to write, making sure it has some sort of importance, but I can't promise you anything. I can say that I will try and post everyday, seeing as I currently work from home. It will be a general blog, things I find fascinating, humorous, or just wierd. I will try and post some of my photos, haven't been out taking pictures lately. Rain and snow makes things difficult. Please stay tuned. This should be fun.
