Day 1

today i start my very first diet. It is the GM diet, for those of you who have not heard of this diet, it consist of drinking a ton of water a day. and everyday is a routine of eating certain foods and not deviating from this plan. It only last a week so you aren't totally depriving yourself from the foods you love, and at the end of the week you can possibly lose up to 15 lbs. WOW
anyway, day 1 consists of eating nothing but fruits and drinking water. wish me luck.
